Qualifications

• Master’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Proven experience in procurement and contracts management, with at least 5+ years in a managerial leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of the industry, procurement strategies, supplier management, and contract negotiations.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to drive results.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the procurement sales team in developing and executing strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies that enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and clients.
• Continuously assess procurement division and contract management processes for improvement.
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to procurement and sales targets.
