Job summary

WorkerEra is seeking a Procurement Manager in Dubai to lead procurement, supplier management, and strategic sourcing initiatives. You will drive cost-effective purchasing, build strong vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with company policies to support growth.

The role requires strong negotiation, planning, and analytical skills, with experience in ERP and MS Office. You will collaborate with internal teams and manage budgets while maintaining high-quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or SCM.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Excellent communication, planning, and organizational abilities.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience with ERP software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute procurement strategies to support organizational growth.
• Identify, assess, and negotiate with suppliers to secure best value and service.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with vendors while evaluating supplier performance.
• Manage timely procurement of materials, equipment, and required services.
• Monitor purchasing budgets and optimize costs without compromising quality.
• Prepare, review, and manage purchase orders, agreements, and procurement documentation.
• Coordinate with warehouse and departmental teams to maintain inventory.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with procedures and regulations.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and prepare regular purchasing reports.
