Job summary

Amazon’s Unified Alternate Fulfillment (UAF) team is seeking an experienced Program Manager for the AMET region to expand Seller Flex, Vendor Flex and Direct fulfillment channels across Africa, Middle East and Turkey.

You’ll collaborate with senior leaders to scope initiatives, drive data-driven improvements, and manage programs end to end, coordinating across tech and business stakeholders with a view to long‑term impact. This role offers flexible on-site or remote work depending on team needs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years cross-functional work with tech and non-tech teams.
• 3+ years defining and implementing data-driven process improvements.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Advanced Excel skills and SQL.
• Experience defining program requirements and using data to drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Create innovative solutions using data and research to address wider challenges in your organization.
• Take a big-picture approach in your analysis of business operations, driving improvements across a range of teams and organizations.
• Work alongside senior leadership to establish and prioritize improvement programs, seeing them through from start to finish.
• Enhance operational performance on every program in partnership with your stakeholders.
