Job summary

Amazon’s Unified Alternate Fulfillment (UAF) team is seeking an experienced Program Manager for AMET region to expand Seller Flex, Vendor Flex and Direct fulfillment networks across Africa, Middle East and Turkey. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to scope new solutions and drive long-term business impact.

As a PM, you’ll lead cross-functional initiatives, conduct data-driven analyses, and manage programs end-to-end, with some teams on-site and others remote depending on assignment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of cross-functional collaboration with tech and non-tech teams.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvements using data and metrics.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Advanced Excel and SQL experience.

Responsibilities

• Create innovative solutions using data and research to address wider challenges in the organization.
• Take a big-picture approach in analyzing business operations and drive improvements across teams.
• Work with senior leadership to establish and prioritize improvement programs from start to finish.
• Enhance operational performance on every program in partnership with stakeholders.
