Job summary

Amazon is seeking an experienced Program Manager for the AMET region to coordinate regional programs across Africa, Middle East and Turkey, expanding Seller Flex, Vendor Flex, and Direct fulfillment channels.

You will lead data-driven initiatives, collaborate with senior leadership and multiple stakeholders, and shape long-term improvements across diverse operations, with opportunities for on-site or remote work depending on team needs.

Qualifications

• 3 years of program or project management experience.
• 3 years of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
• 3 years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPS) and SQL.
• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.
• 3 years of driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership.
• 3 years of driving process improvements experience.
• Experience in stakeholder management dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization.
• Experience building processes, project management and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Create innovative solutions using data and research to address wider challenges in the organization.
• Take a big-picture approach in your analysis of business operations to drive improvements across a range of teams and organizations.
• Work alongside senior leadership to establish and prioritize improvement programs, seeing them through from start to finish.
• Enhance operational performance on every program in partnership with stakeholders.
