Midis Group is seeking a Procurement Officer in the Dubai area to manage end-to-end purchasing, track orders, and reconcile vendor accounts. You will coordinate with engineering for new procurements, maintain supplier data, and prepare vendor reports to support project execution.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field and 2–3 years of experience, with proficiency in MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare plans for purchasing materials, tools, equipment, services and supplies based on project requirements.
• Manage deliveries, inventories and keep purchase and pricing records.
• Maintain and update supplier records including qualifications, delivery times, products ranges, and services.
• Research and assess prospective local and international suppliers.
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers.
• Plan with engineering team for new procurement needs.
• Keep records of delivery notes, orders and shipping documents.
