Job summary

Remote DXB in Abu Dhabi seeks a senior procurement professional to manage end-to-end procurement, develop plans, lead bidding, and negotiate with suppliers.

The role requires 8+ years of experience, a Bachelor's degree, knowledge of incoterms, logistics, and supplier surveillance, and proficiency with procurement software. Arabic is a plus. On-site UAE market exposure preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required in a relevant field.
• 8+ years of procurement and purchasing experience.
• End-to-end procurement experience across goods and services.
• Knowledge of laws, regulations, and procurement ethics.
• Proficient with procurement software.
• Familiarity with incoterms, logistics, and supplier surveillance.
• Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and PM skills.
• Excellent written and oral English communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement processes for assigned stakeholders.

• Lead bidding: prequalification, tender evaluation, award recommendations.

• Develop and execute procurement plans and RFXs
• Lead bidding processes, including prequalification, tender evaluation, and award recommendations
• Conduct commercial evaluations and lead negotiations with selected bidders
• Manage supplier relationships, performance monitoring, and risk assessment
• Draft, review, and manage procurement contracts and agreements
• Provide business advisory on budget construction and strategic project expenditure
• Mentor team members and manage performance to achieve organizational objectives
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, ethical guidelines, and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 8+ years of experience in procurement and purchasing
• Significant experience in end-to-end procurement processes for various goods and services
• Knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and procurement ethical practices
• Proficiency in procurement software
• Knowledge of international codes, incoterms, logistics, and supplier surveillance
• Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and project management skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
