Job summary

Our client, an Abu Dhabi based investment group, is seeking a Procurement Officer to manage corporate purchasing and non-project spend. This includes administration, office services, marketing, IT hardware and software, and professional services with tight deadlines.

You will run RFQs, negotiate with suppliers, manage the vendor register, raise POs, and keep records audit-ready while supporting policy and approval workflows across the group.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years in procurement, focusing on corporate and indirect categories.
• Comfortable under pressure with short turnaround times.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, spoken and written.
• Familiar with ERP-based procurement (Oracle, SAP or similar).

Responsibilities

• Run RFQs, tenders and quotation comparisons for corporate purchases.
• Negotiate pricing, terms and SLAs with suppliers and manage the vendor register.
• Raise and track POs, follow deliveries and resolve invoice issues with finance.
• Draft and renew service contracts with legal and the requesting department.
• Keep procurement records and reports audit-ready.
• Support the procurement policy and approval workflow across the group.
