Job summary

AL TAYER GROUP LLC (Ventures division) is seeking a Project Procurement Commercial Coordinator to oversee procurement activities for building management projects. The role involves coordinating with sales, warehouse, and site teams to ensure timely material delivery and cost control.

The ideal candidate will manage RFQs/RFPs, supplier negotiations and PO issuance, while monitoring revenue plans and coordinating with subcontractors to support on-site execution.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement and purchasing processes.
• Understanding of material specifications, market trends and supplier evaluation.
• Ability to coordinate with sales, warehouse and site teams.
• Knowledge of RFQs, RFPs and PO issuance and payment processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly revenue reports and monitor the revenue plan.
• Coordinate with sales team on current revenue and LOI projects.
• Prepare proforma invoices and coordinate cheque preparation with customers.
• Identify procurement requirements with departments and analyze material specs and prices.
• Source suppliers, issue RFQs/RFPs and compare quotations.
• Negotiate prices, terms and delivery with suppliers.
• Prepare and issue Purchase Orders and track approvals and delivery.
