The role focuses on sourcing IT networking, telecom, and ELV products from local and international suppliers, negotiating quotes, and ensuring on-time delivery and regulatory compliance across UAE and GCC markets.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Business, IT, Telecommunications, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT procurement, purchasing, or project coordination.
• Experience with IT, networking, telecom, ELV, or infrastructure products.
• Knowledge of UAE/GCC certifications and regulatory requirements is preferred.
• Good negotiation, communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Purchase IT networking telecom and ELV products from local and international suppliers.
• Get quotations compare prices and negotiate with suppliers.
• Prepare and follow up on Purchase Orders POs.
• Coordinate deliveries and project material requirements.
• Review BOQs specifications datasheets and product requirements.
• Ensure products meet project requirements.
• Coordinate with suppliers manufacturers engineering project logistics and finance teams.
• Follow up on material approvals orders deliveries and supplier commitments.
• Ensure materials are delivered on time to avoid project delays.
• Coordinate product certification and regulatory approvals for UAE and GCC countries.
• Check required certifications based on the product and destination country.
• Coordinate with suppliers manufacturers testing labs and certification bodies.
• Maintain certificates test reports datasheets conformity documents labels and other compliance documents.
• Track certification status approvals and expiry dates.
• Ensure required documents are available before shipment or project use.
• Maintain records of suppliers quotations POs certifications deliveries and project documents.
