Halian is seeking a Procurement Specialist to manage the full lifecycle of procurement processes from planning and requirements gathering to sourcing, negotiation, contract award, and supplier performance management. The role collaborates with internal stakeholders to deliver cost-effective, compliant, and timely procurement solutions while adhering to governance.

Qualifications

• Lead end-to-end sourcing activities for assigned categories, services, and requirements.
• Review scopes of work, budgets, and timelines to define sourcing needs clearly.
• Develop sourcing strategies aligned with objectives and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sourcing activities for assigned categories, services, and business requirements.
• Lead commercial negotiations to secure favourable contractual terms and conditions.
• Coordinate contract reviews with Legal, Finance, and business stakeholders.
• Manage contract renewals, amendments, expiries, and close-out activities.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, governance requirements, and approvals.
