Job summary

Shapoorji Pallonji & Company Pvt. Ltd. in Dubai is seeking a Procurement Specialist to manage end-to-end procurement activities and provide admin/finance coordination.

You will handle the PR-to-PO cycle, supplier coordination, delivery follow-ups, documentation, and invoice/payment follow-ups with Finance. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 2–3 years in procurement, with mandatory SAP Ariba and SAP MM experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in Procurement, Purchasing, or Supply Chain.
• Hands-on SAP Ariba and SAP MM/Procurement experience is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of the PR-to-PO process, sourcing, RFQs, purchasing, and vendor management.
• Experience with invoice and payment coordination is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete PR-to-PO procurement cycle, including RFQs, quotations, approvals, POs, and delivery follow-ups.
• Process and track PRs and POs using SAP Ariba and SAP ERP.
• Source, evaluate, and coordinate with suppliers.
• Conduct quotation comparisons, price analysis, and supplier negotiations.
• Monitor vendor performance and maintain supplier relationships.
• Maintain procurement records, contracts, quotations, and supplier documentation.
• Coordinate with Finance/AP on invoices, outstanding payments, and payment status.
• Provide related administrative and operational support as required.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and internal controls.
