Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering required.
• Strong skills in Soft Services Procurement / Strategic Sourcing and Category management.
• Excellent negotiation and market intelligence abilities.
• Experience with Procurement ERP Systems and vendor portals; cost-benefit/price analysis.
• Strong interpersonal skills and result orientation.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Development: perform spend analysis and plan LT/PA tender categories.
• Identify and pre-qualify new suppliers; prepare tenders with technical and commercial eval.; arrange samples and EAuction; draft supplier contracts.
