Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and at least seven years of GCC procurement experience.
• Experience across procurement, contracts and category management within large projects.
• Commercially aware with ability to analyze cost data and negotiate with suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Align category procurement plans with business priorities and project schedules.
• Develop annual long-term purchase agreements for targeted materials and services.
• Conduct supplier-market research to identify vendors and pricing trends.
• Lead discussions with suppliers and internal stakeholders on service levels and performance.
• Review spend, savings reports, and dashboards to assess category effectiveness.
• Coordinate technical assessments and supplier submittals with project teams.
• Negotiate pricing, delivery, warranties, and contractual terms.
• Support contract finalization with business units and design teams.
• Maintain contract logs, purchase records, and vendor correspondence.
