Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Supply Chain, Business, Finance or Operations.
• Professional procurement certifications are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, and governance.
• Proven leadership in managing procurement functions and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent commercial awareness and cost-analysis capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with objectives and financial targets.
• Oversee sourcing, purchasing, supplier selection, contract management, and delivery coordination.
• Establish procedures, approvals, and internal controls for transparency and accountability.
• Lead supplier identification, evaluation, qualification, and performance management.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, payment terms, and service agreements for best value.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategic sourcing initiatives.
• Monitor market trends, prices, supplier risks, and industry developments.
• Collaborate with finance, operations, production, logistics to forecast purchasing needs.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and ethical sourcing standards.
• Oversee procurement budgets, expenditure analysis, and KPI reporting.
