Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• MCIPS qualification or pursuing certification.
• 9-12 years of strategic sourcing and procurement experience.
• Strong background in contract negotiations and supplier relationship management.
• Experience with e-procurement platforms.
• Excellent commercial acumen, stakeholder management, analytical, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing and category strategies aligned with business priorities.
• Lead complex tendering, negotiation, and contracting activities from initiation through implementation.
• Manage supplier relationships and drive continuous improvement in supplier performance.
• Deliver cost optimization, value creation, and risk mitigation initiatives.
• Monitor spend, savings, sourcing pipelines, contract coverage, and procurement performance metrics.
• Champion procurement best practices, digital procurement solutions, and process improvements.
• Partner with stakeholders across the organization to support strategic business objectives.
