Etihad Energy Holding in Dubai is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead procurement operations, focusing on strategy, policy compliance, cost optimization, supplier management, budgeting, reporting, and risk reduction in the supply chain.

The role requires 10+ years of procurement experience, including 3+ years in a managerial capacity, with UAE experience in shipping/oil and gas preferred. Proficiency with ERP systems and strong negotiation skills are essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in SCM, Procurement, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Over 10 years of procurement experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• UAE experience in shipping, oil and gas, petrochemicals, or terminal operations is highly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Review and validate purchase requests for accuracy, budget compliance, and business needs.
• Coordinate with department heads and senior management on purchase-order reviews, approvals, and execution.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.
• Monitor procurement budgets, identify savings opportunities, and report to management.
• Maintain procurement documentation, approvals, and audit records.
• Develop supplier relationships, evaluate performance, and reduce supply-chain risks.
• Coordinate with Finance on payment processing and cost allocation.
• Support urgent procurement for operational, maintenance, or emergency requirements.
• Monitor market trends, inventory levels, procurement metrics, and cost-saving initiatives.
• Develop procurement strategies, policies, procedures, and tracking systems.
• Prepare procurement reports and dashboards for senior leadership.

Formação académica

Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
