Job summary

Foreground. is seeking a Head of Procurement in the UAE to lead strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations and procurement policy across the organisation.

The role will drive cost optimisation, supplier performance and contract standardisation while implementing frameworks that ensure transparency, compliance and value creation. You will partner with operations, finance and legal to support business needs and manage senior procurement professionals.

Qualifications

• Senior procurement leadership experience in large organisations or project-driven environments.
• Experience in strategic sourcing and supplier negotiations.
• Experience in UAE or GCC markets preferred.
• Professional procurement qualifications are advantageous.
