Job summary

Taurani Holdings LLC is seeking a senior procurement leader in Abu Dhabi to shape and execute sourcing strategy across multiple sites. You will build and optimize supplier networks, manage inventories, and drive cost efficiencies while ensuring compliance with contracts and company policies.

The role requires extensive experience in manufacturing procurement, strong stakeholder engagement, and the ability to lead a team through complex negotiations and audits.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent with specialization in procurement.
• Minimum 10 years’ procurement management experience in manufacturing.
• Preferred: experience in metal/alloy casting industry.
• MBA in procurement management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company goals.
• Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, cost, reliability, and delivery.
• Managing inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records.
• Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc.
• Maintaining good supplier relations and negotiating contracts.
• New Vendor development for critical materials.
