Job summary

Unify Group in Abu Dhabi seeks a senior procurement leader to drive end-to-end sourcing, contract management and supplier performance for outsourced services. You will build trusted client relationships and lead commercial negotiations to achieve value-based outcomes.

Lead strategic supplier engagements, oversee tender processes, manage contracts, and monitor KPIs. You will coach teams, ensure governance, and identify upsell opportunities with Sales and Operations while maintaining risk controls

Qualifications

Experience leading teams or complex portfolios (7–10 years).
Demonstrated client-facing experience in outsourced or professional services.
International client and UAE/GCC market experience preferred.
Strong ability to negotiate and renewals.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end procurement and sourcing strategies for outsourced services.
Oversee RFQs, RFPs and tender documentation with clear scope and evaluation criteria.
Negotiate pricing, terms and risk allocation with suppliers.
Maintain contract registers and monitor milestones.
Lead client meetings, present proposals, and identify upsell opportunities.
