Noatum Logistics, part of AD Ports Group, is seeking a Pricing Manager to lead tender management, pricing strategy, and contract pricing activities within the logistics sector. You will collaborate with operations, finance, and commercial teams to ensure compliant submissions, accurate costings, and competitive terms.

The role requires 5–7 years of pricing/tender experience and a relevant bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in pricing, tender management, or sales roles within logistics.

Responsabilités

• Lead the tender life cycle from registration to final decision, ensuring timely submission of RFQ responses.
• Anchor pricing strategy with stakeholders and translate it into submissions.
• Coordinate with operations, HSSEQ, Legal, Finance and Commercial teams for inputs and reviews.
• Organize kick-off meetings, assign roles, and track interim and final milestones.
• Create and maintain a tender library with forms, certificates and value propositions.
• Review risks across Legal, Operational, Commercial and Financial aspects for tender meetings.
• Ensure compliance with specifications and update tender forms and registrations.
• Collaborate with business development and project teams to align pricing with guidelines.
• Analyze pricing data and market conditions to optimize pricing structures.
• Monitor EBITDA, margins, pricing metrics and sales volume to identify improvements.
• Lead pricing negotiations with carriers to secure favorable terms.
• Share market trends with Sales, Marketing and Development for pricing strategies.
• Maintain an internal price repository for products and services.
