Job summary

Keenfinity in Dubai seeks a proactive pre-sales and business development assistant to help identify and qualify new business opportunities in the UAE market.

You will support the creation of customer presentations, RFP responses, and product demos while coordinating with internal teams to gather needed information for proposals. CRM updates and market research will be key daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support the Pre-Sales and Business Development teams in identifying and qualifying new business opportunities.
• Conduct market and competitor research across target industries and customers.
• Assist in preparing customer presentations, proposals, RFP responses, and sales documentation.
• Participate in customer meetings, product demonstrations, and discovery sessions.
• Help maintain and update CRM systems with customer and opportunity data.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather technical and commercial information required for customer proposals.
• Analyze customer requirements and assist in matching solutions to customer needs.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and sales performance summaries.
• Support marketing initiatives, events, webinars, and trade shows where applicable.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and tools.
