Job summary

KEENFINITY in Dubai is seeking a motivated undergraduate or recent graduate to support Pre-Sales and Business Development. You will help identify opportunities, conduct market research, prepare customer presentations and proposals, and participate in customer meetings and product demonstrations.

You will maintain CRM data, gather technical and commercial details for proposals, analyze customer needs, and assist in creating reports and dashboards.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, IT, or related field.
• Strong interest in technology, business development, sales, or consulting.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Ability to work in a multicultural international environment.

Responsibilities

• Support Pre-Sales and Business Development in identifying and qualifying opportunities.
• Conduct market and competitor research across target industries and customers.
• Assist in preparing customer presentations, proposals, RFP responses, and sales documents.
• Participate in customer meetings, product demonstrations, and discovery sessions.
• Help maintain and update CRM systems with customer and opportunity data.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather technical and commercial information for proposals.
• Analyze customer requirements and assist in matching solutions to needs.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and sales performance summaries.
• Support marketing initiatives, events, webinars, and trade shows when applicable.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes and tools.
