Job summary

EDGE Abu Dhabi is seeking a PMO Project Manager to drive strategic initiatives across the Directed Energy portfolio, embedding standardized governance, processes, and methodologies to align with EDGE's long‑term goals.

You will plan, execute, and close corporate projects within scope, time, and budget, manage vendor SLAs and SOWs, track KPIs, and report to senior leadership while ensuring compliance with security requirements.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in defense industry with agile or hybrid cycles.
• 5+ years in hands‑on project management in a structured PMO.
• Engineering degree or similar technical background.
• PMP or INCOSE CSEP certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of system installation and defense tech.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project controls and track KPIs for baseline vs actuals.
• Ensure vendor SLAs and SOWs align with goals and budgets.
• Monitor vendor performance against deadlines and quality targets.
• Control scope creep; manage contract amendments with approvals.
• Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports for leadership.
• Manage budgets, forecast costs, and assess monetary risks.
• Lead full project lifecycle from charter to lessons learned.
• Coordinate FAT/SAT and related testing; ensure proper documentation.
• Collaborate with end users and suppliers to verify requirements.
• Ensure PMO reporting adheres to security regulations.
