Job summary

EDGE Group in Abu Dhabi is seeking a dedicated Project Coordinator to support complex capability development initiatives. You will assist in project planning, governance, and reporting across the full lifecycle, ensuring accurate schedules, risk tracking, and timely communications.

The role requires 3–6 years in project coordination, familiarity with PMI methodologies, and proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Power BI, and related tools in a defence/aerospace context.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years' experience in project coordination or project support roles, preferably within defence, aerospace, or engineering projects.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (PMI).
• Experience supporting multiple projects in a complex environment.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project) and reporting tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI).
• Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• 1. Project Planning & Scheduling Support: Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, WBS, and resource plans; track progress and highlight deviations; assist with baselines and change logs.
