Job summary

EDGE Group, headquartered in the UAE, is seeking a Project Management Associate to support the Engineering PMO in Abu Dhabi. You will help manage project documentation, schedules, governance and reporting while enabling effective communication across engineering programs in a high-tech defense context.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field, 3–8 years’ experience in engineering or defense projects, and familiarity with waterfall, agile, or hybrid methods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering administration, project management, or related field.
• Certifications in project coordination or office administration preferred.
• 3–8 years' administrative or coordination experience in engineering/defense environments.
• Experience supporting multi-disciplinary teams within structured PM frameworks (waterfall, agile, or hybrid).

Responsibilities

• Assist project managers in creating and maintaining project documentation, including charters, Gantt charts, action trackers, and status reports.
• Coordinate materials for project meetings, design reviews, and progress briefings with accurate records.
• Support schedule updates, milestone tracking, and risk log administration with engineering leads.
• Follow up on actions, inputs, and tasks to support timely completion.
