Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business or a related field (Master’s/MBA desirable).
Solid experience in pharmaceutical/specialty sales or key account management.
Ability to lead through influence and orchestrate cross-functional teams.
Strong knowledge of the local healthcare and reimbursement system.

Responsibilities

Lead and orchestrate a cross-functional account team to deliver the territory account plan.
Grow revenue and market share by tailoring engagement to customer needs and local context.
Maintain expert-level disease/therapy knowledge; capture and share insights for omnichannel engagement.
Act as a budget holder, making sound business decisions within policies.
Develop deep account maps; identify decision pathways and influence points.
Track performance and adjust tactics; lead the team to deliver outcomes.
Engage with HCPs to align on shared objectives and drive value for patients.
