Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb Co. in Dubai seeks a results-driven Key Account Manager to lead cardiovascular brand growth across Gulf markets.

You will build account plans, engage health-care professionals, and drive access discussions with key stakeholders to ensure patients access to innovative medicines. The role requires a pharmacy/medical degree, 5+ years in a multinational pharma environment, UAE market experience, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Holds a Pharmacy or Medicine Degree.
• At least 5 years of experience in a multinational pharmaceutical company including speciality care brands experience.
• Cardiovascular experience is strongly preferred.
• UAE market experience is a must and other Gulf markets experience is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrates capacity to acquire scientific information.
• Very good knowledge of customer segmentation and targeting process.
• Resources allocation expertise working with multiple customer segments.
• Proven experience of working with Thought Leaders and experts in their field.
• Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent command of English Language.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with internet and e-mail.

Responsibilities

• Promote BMS cardiovascular products in the field to healthcare professionals.
• Achieve sales objectives for assigned brands in Gulf markets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics.
• Define and prioritize customer targets with profiling and segmentation.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with physicians, pharmacists, hospitals, and procurement.
• Provide scientific messaging and support formulary processes.
• Track performance, analyze data, and forecast orders and stock.
• Collaborate with access, medical, marketing, and finance teams to optimize product penetration.
• Ensure stock availability with local distributor and manage tenders and purchasing.
