Job summary

Kinetic Business Solutions in Dubai seeks a seasoned Key Account Manager to lead pharma partnerships and market access initiatives. You will build strong relationships with local stakeholders, identify opportunities, and coordinate with internal teams to meet regional objectives.

You must have UAE experience, 3+ years in sales, and deep knowledge of oncology or primary care segments, with fluency in English and Arabic to engage diverse customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy / Science.
• Based in UAE with at least 3 years of sales experience in Dubai.
• Experience in Oncology OR primary care such as GIT, Respiratory, Women's health portfolio is a must.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support business objectives.
• Identify, map, engage and manage ecosystem stakeholders across the region.
• Serve as liaison between stakeholders and company, drive resource prioritization and initiatives.
• Develop understanding of key clients' needs and requirements.
• Identify partnerships with local health authorities and initiate market access initiatives.
• Implement strategies to obtain and maximize market access.
