Job summary

Amgen in Dubai seeks a dynamic pharmaceutical sales professional to promote Amgen products and engage with retailers, clinics and hospitals to advance patient access. You will implement territory plans, build key accounts, and report activity in the CRM to inform strategy.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
Pharmaceutical sales experience preferred.
Experience with CRM databases and MS Office.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with manager to develop territory POA and key account plans.
Evaluate progress vs plan monthly and adjust with manager.
Coordinate with cluster/territory teams and Marketing, Medical Affairs/Value & Access teams.
Improve product knowledge with peers and District Manager.
Understand industry and healthcare trends and how clinics/hospitals operate.
Follow through on customer commitments promptly.
Record customer activity in CRM and keep profiles up-to-date.
Apply Amgen Performance selling platform to meet needs.
Operate within the expense budget aligned with POA priorities.
Prioritize activities and follow up with customers.
Pursue ongoing self-learning and training for development.
