Job summary

Halian is looking for a Partnership Manager to grow relationships with existing clients across Dubai and Abu Dhabi. You will own key accounts, engage senior stakeholders, and identify expansion opportunities within the UAE's leading organisations.

This strategic, relationship-led role focuses on growing existing partnerships with uncapped commission and clear career progression within Halian's international network.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of developing and growing existing client accounts.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to identify opportunities within partnerships.
• Strategic, consultative and relationship-led approach to account development.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of a portfolio of strategic clients across Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders, hiring managers and business leaders.
• Develop account plans and maps to identify opportunities across departments.
• Understand clients' objectives, projects and workforce requirements.
• Identify opportunities to increase Halian's footprint and revenue within existing accounts.
• Introduce additional recruitment and workforce solutions where appropriate.
• Work with recruitment and delivery teams to convert opportunities into outcomes.
• Build a strong pipeline of future opportunities across strategic accounts.
