Job summary

InZone is seeking a dynamic Business Setup Advisor to drive growth by building and nurturing strategic partnerships. You will identify, onboard, and manage key partners, acting as the main liaison to ensure successful collaboration and value creation across the organization.

With 3–5 years in partnership management or business development, you will negotiate agreements, engage cross-functional teams, and analyze performance metrics to meet targets, while expanding opportunities through

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in partnership management, consultative sales, business development, or client relations.
• Experience in consulting, legal, or financial services is a plus.
• Proven track record of establishing and managing successful partnerships.
• Home-country experience is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Identify, onboard, and manage new partners across key industries to enhance business growth opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential partners.
• Act as the main liaison between the company and its partners to ensure seamless collaboration.
• Negotiate partnership agreements to ensure alignment with business goals, profitability, and mutual value creation.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Operations) for the successful implementation of partnership strategies.
• Track, monitor, and analyze partnership performance metrics to ensure targets are met.
• Identify new business opportunities through networking, market research, and industry insights.
• Represent the company at client meetings, events, exhibitions, and networking sessions to build visibility and generate leads.
• Conduct regular client visits to strengthen relationships and maintain a high level of engagement.
