Job summary

Mediclinic Middle East is seeking an Organisational Effectiveness Specialist to support Organisation Design and OE initiatives, partnering with the Director of HR Operations to coordinate design activities and governance.

You will analyze organisational structures, job architecture and develop evidence-based recommendations to enable effective decision making, maintain job profiles and apply OE methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related discipline is required.
• Minimum 5 years HR experience with Organisation Design, Effectiveness and Change Management.
• Experience in project coordination and governance.
• Strong English communication; UAE Labour Law knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of Organisation Design and Organisation Effectiveness initiatives.
• Apply Job Architecture frameworks and develop and maintain Job Profiles.
• Lead defined workstreams within Organisation Effectiveness, HR Transformation and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
• Data gathering and reporting.
