Job summary

Black & Grey HR is seeking an OD Specialist to join our client in Abu Dhabi on a 6-month temporary assignment. The role will support the HR function across organisation design, job architecture, job evaluation, compensation analysis, performance management and manpower planning.

The successful candidate will provide analytical and technical support to ensure organisational structures, roles, grading and reward frameworks are accurate and aligned with business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR/OD or related field.
• 5 years in OD/HR analytics with design, evaluation, and planning.
• Experience in oil & gas or industrial environments preferred.
• Strong Excel and HRIS data modelling.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain organisation structures and org charts.
• Support organisation design and function initiatives.
• Conduct job analysis, evaluation, and job descriptions.
• Conduct compensation benchmarking and equity analysis.
• Support salary reviews and promotions through data modelling.
• Support performance management framework and budgeting.
• Ensure HRIS data accuracy and documentation.
