Mediclinic Middle East seeks a dedicated professional to support Organisation Design and Effectiveness initiatives across the business. The role partners with the Director of HR Operations to coordinate governance, develop job architecture, and drive evidence-based design options that enhance decision making.

You will analyze span of control, layers, and role alignment, maintain job profiles, and identify opportunities for improvement while ensuring governance and stakeholder support across

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related discipline.
• At least 5 years of HR experience with Organisation Design, Effectiveness and Change Management.
• Experience in project coordination and governance.
• Strong knowledge of English verbal and written communication.

Mansioni

• Support the delivery of Organisation Design and Organisation Effectiveness initiatives.
• Apply Job Architecture frameworks and develop and maintain Job Profiles.
• Lead defined workstreams within Organisation Effectiveness, HR Transformation and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
• Data gathering and Reporting.
• Provide governance, Administration & Stakeholder Support.
