Job summary

SkyBlue Group in Dubai is seeking a Strategic Sales Specialist to win and grow our most valuable accounts within the UAE market. You will design multi-format OOH campaigns, build sharp proposals and own the pipeline from first contact to close.

You’ll work with brand marketing teams and media agencies, forecast revenue, and collaborate across operations to ensure campaigns go live on time and meet promises.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in OOH, media, advertising or a media agency.
• Proven record of closing large deals and hitting revenue targets.
• Existing relationships with brands and media agencies in UAE is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Win and grow key accounts with major brands and agencies.
• Sell multi-format OOH plans built around routes, locations, formats and timing.
• Build sharp, data-backed pitch decks and rate proposals for senior decision-makers.
• Own your pipeline and revenue; forecast and manage deals in CRM.
• Be eyes on the market by tracking competitors, pricing and agency movements.
• Partner with operations and creative teams to ensure timely delivery of campaigns.
