Job summary

MCG Talent is seeking a senior General Manager in Dubai to lead a traditional out-of-home media business through a digital transformation into a DOOH network. You will own strategy, commercial performance, and operations, driving expansion and a strong market position.

The role requires extensive leadership in OOH/DOOH, a proven track record of transforming businesses, and deep understanding of programmatic advertising and audience measurement.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership experience in OOH/DOOH media or similar.
• Track record of driving transformation and profitability.
• Strong grasp of digital media networks and programmatic DOOH.
• Experience with asset portfolio expansion and commercial strategy.
• Financial acumen and strong stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic transformation from traditional OOH to a DOOH network.
• Drive revenue growth, profitability and new commercial opportunities.
• Develop and execute expansion strategies including assets and digital screens.
• Oversee operations and improve business efficiency.
• Manage relationships with regulators and commercial partners.
• Oversee P&L and ensure sustainable growth.
