Job summary

SkyBlueMedia - UAE is seeking a Strategic Sales Specialist in Dubai to win and grow high-value accounts, collaborating with brand marketing teams and media agencies. You will design multi-format OOH plans, craft data-backed pitches, and drive revenue through consultative selling and strong relationship management.

You’ll own the pipeline, forecast accurately, and coordinate with operations to ensure campaigns launch on time and meet promises, while leveraging UAE market networks and CRM tools.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of B2B sales experience in OOH/media or advertising.
• Proven ability to close large deals and hit revenue targets.
• Existing relationships with UAE brands and media agencies is a strong advantage.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Proficient with CRM tools, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Valid UAE driving licence; willing to visit sites across Dubai.

Responsibilities

• Win and grow key accounts with major brands and media agencies.
• Sell solutions, not spaces, and design multi-format OOH campaigns.
• Build sharp, data-backed pitches and rate proposals for senior decision-makers.
• Own your pipeline and revenue; forecast and manage deals in the CRM.
• Monitor market and competitors to spot opportunities first.
• Collaborate with operations and creative teams to ensure campaigns go live on time.
