Our client is hiring a seasoned Lead Sales Manager to drive business development for our DOOH and Static Outdoor Media portfolio, including Digital Screens, Media Facades, Hoardings, and Unipoles. The ideal candidate must bring an established network, deep market expertise, and a proven ability to sell to both direct clients and agencies in the Dubai media landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to pitch, negotiation, and closing.
• Focus on acquiring and growing direct brand accounts across key industries such as real estate, tech, automotive, F&B, telecom, and retail.
• Work closely with leading media agencies (international and boutique) to secure high-value campaigns.
• Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with marketing directors, planners, and buyers to understand campaign objectives and tailor solutions.
• Provide timely market insights and performance feedback to the leadership team.

Requirements

• - Minimum 5+ years of sales experience in the outdoor advertising sector in Dubai, with a focus on digital formats.
