Job summary

Sky Blue Group is seeking a Strategic Sales Specialist to win and grow high-value B2B accounts in Dubai’s vibrant OOH advertising space. You will craft multi-format campaigns, lead data-backed proposals and present to senior brand marketers and media agencies.

You’ll own the pipeline, forecast revenue and drive quarterly targets while nurturing existing relationships and exploring new opportunities across Dubai. A UAE driving licence and strong English skills are essential.

Qualifications

1–5 years of B2B sales experience in OOH, media, advertising or a media agency.
Proven track record of closing large deals and hitting revenue targets.
Existing UAE brand and media agency relationships is a strong advantage.
Strong consultative selling, negotiation and presentation skills.
English fluency; Arabic a plus.
CRM, PowerPoint and Excel proficiency.
A valid UAE driving licence required.

Responsibilities

Win and grow key accounts with brands and media agencies.
Sell solutions, not spaces, via multi-format OOH plans.
Build sharp, data-backed proposals and present to senior decision-makers.
Own your pipeline and revenue; forecast and meet targets.
Monitor market, pricing and agency movements to spot opportunities.
Coordinate with operations and creative teams to ensure campaigns launch on time.
