KBR Abu Dhabi PMC Team is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead procurement activities for a major ADNOC Offshore project based in Abu Dhabi. The role requires extensive experience in strategic sourcing, contract negotiations and vendor management within Oil & Gas, with strong leadership and English communication skills to coordinate with ADNOC Offshore, EPC contractors and suppliers.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• Extensive procurement and supply chain experience in Oil & Gas.
• Experience as Procurement Manager/Lead on major EPC or PMC projects.
• Exposure to offshore Oil & Gas projects.
• ADNOC Offshore EPC/PMC project experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of SAP Ariba is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Lead procurement activities throughout project execution.
• Develop and oversee procurement strategies and plans.
• Monitor EPC contractor procurement for schedule and contractual alignment.
• Coordinate with ADNOC Offshore, EPCs, engineering and vendors.
• Support supplier evaluation and vendor selection.
• Ensure procurement aligns with project budget and ADNOC standards.
