Job summary

KBR Abu Dhabi is seeking a Sr Procurement/Expeditor Engineer for an Offshore PMC project to be based in Abu Dhabi, Office Role Only. Requires a minimum of 15 years of experience in procurement and expediting within oil & gas or related industries, including offshore exposure.

The role focuses on guiding contractors, optimizing procurement workflows, and ensuring compliance with project and quality standards throughout the procurement cycle, within a dynamic Abu Dhabi office environment.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in any discipline is a must.
• Minimum 15 years of proven experience in procurement and expediting within oil & gas or related industries, including exposure to offshore projects, is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance to contractors to identify and mitigate potential procurement and delivery delays.
• Analyze procurement workflows and recommend process optimization to improve efficiency and timelines.
• Ensure compliance with project requirements, contractual obligations, and quality standards throughout the procurement cycle.
• Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and critical path issues, and implement corrective actions.
