Job summary

KBR is seeking a Procurement Lead for an offshore subsea project in Abu Dhabi. You will manage all procurement activities from requisitions to delivery, lead tendering and contract negotiations, and coordinate with engineering, construction, and QA/QC teams to ensure schedule and budget compliance.

Ideal candidates bring at least 15 years in procurement within Oil & Gas/EPC, with offshore project exposure, and strong SAP/Ariba/Oracle experience. ADNOC project familiarity is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering. Master's Degree or MBA is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement activities for offshore EPC, FEED, brownfield, and greenfield projects.
• Develop and implement project procurement strategies.
• Prepare Procurement Plans, Status Reports and Schedules.
• Coordinate procurement from requisition to delivery.
• Lead commercial negotiations and contract awards.
• Monitor supplier performance and manage risks.
• Ensure compliance with ADNOC procedures and budgets.
