Job summary

KBR Abu Dhabi PMC Team seeks a Procurement Manager to lead procurement activities for a major ADNOC Offshore project. The role requires coordinating with ADNOC Offshore, EPC contractors, engineering teams, vendors and suppliers from Abu Dhabi offices.

Responsibilities include developing procurement strategies, managing supplier selections and ensuring compliance with ADNOC standards and project budgets. Strong English communication and offshore project experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering is required.
• Extensive procurement and supply chain experience in Oil & Gas.
• Proven leadership as Procurement Manager / Lead on major EPC/PMC projects.
• Significant Offshore Oil & Gas project exposure preferred.
• Experience with ADNOC/ADNOC Offshore EPC/PMC projects is strongly preferred.
• Expertise in strategic sourcing, procurement planning, contract negotiations and vendor management.
• Knowledge of SAP / SAP Ariba and ADNOC procedures is advantageous.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, commercial awareness and stakeholder-management skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

• Develop and oversee procurement strategies and procurement plans.
• Monitor EPC Contractor procurement activities for alignment with schedules and contracts.
• Manage strategic sourcing and support contractor/vendor selection.
