Job summary

Knight Frank MENA in Dubai seeks an enthusiastic Commercial/Leasing Surveyor to develop leasing instructions, facilitate property transactions, and maximize opportunities within the Knight Frank service line offering.

Responsibilities include winning and delivering leasing instructions, building landlord and occupier relationships, advising on leasing strategies, preparing Heads of Terms, and overseeing marketing and market research. You will report progress to landlords and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent work experience).
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Senior Leasing Executive with leasing renewals, new lettings and disposals and an existing client network.
• Experience with both tenant/occupiers and landlords.
• Sound understanding of the office market, rents, trends and incentives.
• Fluency in English; Arabic or other languages advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop a strong understanding of Knight Frank's business and the office leasing market.
• Win and deliver leasing instructions in line with targets and guidelines.
• Generate new business through networking and market activity.
• Build and maintain relationships with landlords, occupiers and market contacts.
• Develop leasing strategies for existing and future office developments.
• Advise clients on leasing strategies, market positioning, occupancy and terms.
• Prepare, negotiate, and agree Heads of Terms.
• Oversee property marketing activity: listings, tours, videos and collateral.
• Conduct market and competitor research and present findings.
• Report to landlords on activity and progress; identify cross-selling opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records and manage leasing processes efficiently.
• Manage workload and support the wider team; uphold Knight Frank's reputation.
