Job summary

Knight Frank LLP in Abu Dhabi is seeking an ambitious Surveyor to join our office leasing team. You will develop commercial agency instructions, facilitate property transactions, and build strong client relationships while maximizing leasing opportunities in a dynamic market.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent), at least 3 years as a Senior Leasing Executive, and a solid understanding of the local office market, rents, and incentives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent work experience).
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Senior Leasing Executive with a track record of lease renewals, lettings and disposals.
• Sound understanding of the office market, rents, incentives and current trends.
• MRICS or APC pathway preferable.

As a Surveyor, you will be responsible for developing commercial agency business instructions, facilitating property transactions, fostering client relationships, and maximising opportunities within the Knight Frank service line offering.

Responsibilities

• Develop a strong understanding of Knight Frank's business and the office leasing market.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent work experience).
  
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Senior Leasing Executive and have a track record of completing lease renewals, new lettings and lease disposals with an existing client network of office occupiers, law firms, and accountancy and technology professional services.
  
• Experience working with both tenant/occupiers and landlords.
  
• Sound understanding of the office market, current rents, trends, and incentives.
  
• Solid understanding of the local upcoming office supply, existing vacancies and tenants who have active requirements.
  
• International experience is beneficial.
  
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members.
  
• Ability to take initiative and work proactively.
  
• Drive to succeed in a competitive marketplace.
  
• The ability to understand and make use of computers and information technology (KF Internal Systems).
  
• Understanding of regional business culture and regulations.
  
• Certifications and Licenses: MRICS or on APC pathway preferable.
