Job summary

N A A Z Real Estate in Dubai is seeking a results-driven real estate salesperson to manage an off-plan portfolio from inquiry to closure. You will source leads through calls, referrals and property portals, while staying updated on new project launches and developer payment plans.

Ideal candidates have strong negotiation skills, a track record of meeting targets, and RERA certification or willingness to obtain it.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales, off-plan preferred.
Strong knowledge of Dubai real estate landscape and developers.
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
RERA certification preferred or willingness to obtain within timeframe.

Responsibilities

Manage an end-to-end portfolio of off-plan property clients from inquiry to deal closure.
Active lead sourcing through calls, referrals and portals.
Stay updated on project launches, payment plans and inventory across Dubai.
Advise clients on ROI, capital appreciation and payment plan structuring.
Coordinate and conduct property viewings, presentations and site visits.
Build and maintain relationships with developers, channel partners and repeat clients.
Negotiate terms and close sales while ensuring RERA compliance.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups and closures in CRM.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Provide after-sales support and market updates to investors.
