REPORTAGE PROPERTIES LLC in Dubai seeks a dynamic Property Consultant specializing in off-plan sales. You will generate leads, present opportunities to clients, and guide buyers through the full sales process from consultation to booking and completion.

Ideal candidates have strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills, with Arabic language proficiency required. A UAE driving license is a plus for site visits and events.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in real estate sales, preferably in Dubai, Abu Dhabi/UAE and off-plan property sales.
• Strong understanding of the UAE real estate market and major developers is preferred.
• Proven track record in sales, business development, or a target-driven environment.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build relationships and influence purchasing decisions.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and highly driven by results.
• Professional appearance and confident personality.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
• Arabic proficiency is required; English is an advantage.
• UAE driving license and own vehicle are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Generate and develop new business opportunities through calls, referrals, networking, digital leads and other sales channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, investors and high-net-worth clients.
• Advise clients on suitable off-plan residential and investment opportunities based on their requirements and budget.
• Maintain deep knowledge of Dubai and Abu Dhabi off-plan projects, developers, communities, payment plans and market trends.
• Conduct property presentations, consultations, project briefings, and investment discussions with clients.
• Follow up consistently with leads and convert qualified prospects into sales.
• Manage complete sales cycle from lead qualification to booking and handover coordination.
• Negotiate effectively with clients and developers to close transactions.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, showings and sales in CRM.
• Attend property launches, developer events, and networking events as required.
• Build a strong referral network to generate recurring business.
• Stay informed about market conditions, new launches, price movements and opportunities.
• Aim to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Provide high-level customer service and nurture long-term client relationships.
