Job summary

Zezenia Real Estate Brokers LLC in Dubai is seeking experienced Off-Plan Property Consultants to join our expanding sales team. This is a commission-only role for ambitious, target-driven professionals who can generate leads, build client relationships, present properties and close deals.

Required: proven Dubai real estate experience, preferably in Off-Plan sales; fresh leads provided; RERA Card and Employment Visa offered by us; join a professional, supportive team with real estate

Qualifications

Dubai real estate experience is required.
Experience in Dubai property sales is preferred, Off-Plan a plus.
Strong communication and negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities

Generate and manage client leads and inquiries.
Build and maintain relationships with clients.
Promote, present and sell Dubai Off-Plan properties.
Conduct property presentations and consultations.
Follow up with leads to close sales.
Meet individual sales targets.
