Job summary

Blackstone is seeking an experienced IT delivery leader to manage mobilisation and managed services for a major UAE client. You will act as the single interface for performance, governance, reporting and escalation, coordinating cross-functional teams across onsite and offshore delivery streams.

The role requires strong English communication, experience with SLA-based environments, and preference for ITIL, PMP/PRINCE2 credentials.

Qualifications

Minimum 8 years of relevant IT delivery experience with at least 3 years leading managed services or multi-domain teams.
Demonstrable experience managing SLA-based services, governance, escalations and operational reporting.
ITIL 4 Managing Professional or equivalent certification preferred.
PMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner preferred.
Strong written and verbal English; Arabic is strongly preferred for client-facing work.

Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain mobilisation, transition and service management plans with dependencies, risks, milestones and readiness criteria.
Lead multidisciplinary onsite and offshore teams and coordinate priorities with the Entity's Project Manager and stakeholders.
Manage service reviews, SLA/KPI reporting, risks, issues, escalations, action tracking and continuous service improvement.
Ensure incidents, problems, changes and service requests follow ITSM processes and escalation paths.
Coordinate onboarding, knowledge transfer, access readiness, documentation and handover activities.
